You can find us at 36 Waterloo St, BT48 6HF, Derry - Londonderry (Northern Ireland). Check our Location section in the Home Page for map and directions.

Q: What are your opening hours?

Our usual hours are:
🕒 Wed–Sat: 10am–7pm

🕒 Sun: 1pm–6pm

Q: Do you take special orders or reserve items?

Due to the limited availability of some items, we operate on a first come first serve basis. But we can pre-order some items (check with us in store or message us on Instagram and we’ll see what we can do for you!)

Q: Are your products official and licensed?

Yes, all our products are original and genuine and we are an authorised retailer for the brands we carry, including Tokidoki, Miffy, Sylvanian Families and more.
